Grief is a process and I can help you using the stages of grief by using my active listening skills, have an empathic ear, caring voice and offer strategies to help you cope going forward.

Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something that is important to you. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and it presents differently for everyone.  Its personal to each of you.

Grief also comes in different forms, such a redundancy, moving house, children leaving home and any major change that happens in your life 

Claire understands how emotionally exhausting it can be to carry grief on a daily basis. She uses the 5 and 7 stages of grief and a feelings wheel to help you work through your grieving journey, we will work together to find ways to coping, creating a space for your grief and help you through your journey.

Sometimes grief is thrust upon us without warning, other times it can be brought on waiting for the inevitable, however it is presented to us, grief is change.
