Why the Dragonfly?

The dragonfly is the symbol at the heart of my     practice because it represents hope, resilience and transformation.

Throughout life we all experience change, often in ways we never expected. A cancer diagnosis can bring uncertainty, fear and emotional challenges, not only for the person diagnosed but also for those who love and care for them. Like the dragonfly, we have the capacity to adapt, find strength and move forward, even during life's most difficult moments.

To me, the dragonfly represents emotional growth, self-discovery and the courage to embrace change. It is a gentle reminder that although our circumstances may change, we can still find hope, meaning and moments of peace along the way.

My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported, understood and never have to face your journey alone.
